These Terms & Conditions are provided by:
Agromineral Pte. Ltd., a company organized and existing under the law of the Republic of Singapore, having its registered office at 30 Cecil str. No. 19-08 Prudential tower, Singapore (049712), using the brand “Colibricall” (hereinafter – the Colibricall),
And accepted by:
[[form.company]] represented by [[form.full_name]] (hereinafter - the Customer)
Allocated Numbers: the high revenue, non-geographic, geographic or any other kind of numbers allocated to Customer.
CDR: call detail report that includes A number, B number, a call duration in seconds, date and time of a call.
Calls Statistics: list of all numbers allocated to Customer including all the details of a call duration, payout and payout terms, which can be found in User Account.
Carrier(s): one or more national or international telecommunication companies licensed to provide and sell telecommunication services.
Code of Conduct: any code of any independent body approved for the supervision of telephone information services recognized by the different countries where the services are provided.
Personal Data: any personally identifiable information or data provided by the Customer, including but not limiting to, name, identity card number, passport number, telephone number, physical or email address, any other contact details and copy of any document which may contain the personal data of the Customer.
Traffic: the calls received to the numbers provided by Colibricall to Customer.
User Account: customer’s self-care system, called “My Platform”, where allocated numbers, rates, CDRs, call statistics and other relevant information can be found.
